Biografie
Dasha, born as Anna Dasha Novotny (2000) in San Luis Obispo, California, is an American singer and songwriter who effortlessly combines country and pop. She started making music at a young age: from five years old she performed in musical theatre, and at eight she learned to play guitar and piano. She released her first song at thirteen. Following the release of her EP $hiny Things (2021), came her albums Dirty Blonde (2023) and What Happens Now? (2024), with which she quickly made a name for herself on the international music scene. Her single Austin became a global hit in 2024 thanks to TikTok and reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100. Dasha was nominated for an MTV VMA and performed at the CMT Music Awards, Grand Ole Opry and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
