Teddy Swims (real name: Jaten Dimsdale, born September 25, 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American singer-songwriter who effortlessly blends genres such as soul, R&B, pop and country. He began his career by uploading covers to YouTube, where his powerful voice and emotional interpretations earned him millions of viewers. In 2020 he signed a record deal and released his own music, including the EP Unlearning . His major breakthrough came in 2023 with the single Lose Control , which reached the charts worldwide and confirmed his status as a rising global star.
