Van Dik Hout formed in the late 1980s in Den Helder when schoolfriends decided to make music together. The band grew into a strong name in nederpop and Dutch music, with frontman Martin Buitenhuis on vocals, Dave Rensmaag and Sandro Assorgia on guitar, Benjamin Kribben on bass and Louis de Wit on drums. Their energetic sound and Dutch lyrics speak directly to the heart of their audience.
