Acda en De Munnik

Their debut album "Acda en de Munnik" arrived in 1997 and immediately delivered their greatest hit of all time: "Niet of nooit geweest". This track became an unmistakable classic and gave their career a flying start. The combination of Thomas Acda's humorous lyrics and Paul de Munnik's musical sensibility created a wholly distinctive sound within Dutch pop music.

In the years following their debut came successful albums such as "Naar Huis" (1998) and "Hier zijn" (2000). These featured hits that have since become part of the canon of Dutch-language pop music, including "Het Regent Zonnestralen", "De Kapitein Deel II" and "Lopen tot de zon komt".
